Overview
This module highlights the importance of providing objective and constructive
feedback, encouraging the learner to explore how the provision of effective feedback
can enhance surgical practice and, in turn, patient care. It will consider factors that underpin the delivery of objective and constructive feedback, barriers that prevent the delivery of effective feedback, and frameworks that can be used to deliver structured feedback in a surgical context.
The learner can access this static module, which is offered within the Doctors Academy Virtual Online Platform (VOP), at the time and in the place that best suit him/her. Access to the module is unlimited, and it is granted for 12 months.
A certificate will be provided upon successful completion of the module.
